Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase with an exception of International deliveries*,  it can be processed for refunds and returns once the goods have been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online or while products are in customs waiting for clearance. 

*International Deliveries: Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been lodged as damaged or broken at your local post office in your country to start an investigation and remuneration process of the loss or damage. Refunds cannot be processed if your item is held up in customs for up to 3 months standard or until notified as lost by customs/partnered overseas courier and or change of mind. Please follow the refund process once you have received the items in your country by lodging the damaged goods at your local post office in your country to start the process. 

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. 

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. As our products are fragile, please make sure to ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
